2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Options trading requires approval from a brokerage firm and may have additional age, income, net worth, or experience requirements imposed by your broker or regulatory authorities. WheelYield.com does not verify your eligibility to trade options.

3. No Investment Advice

All content on WheelYield.com, including but not limited to calculators, strategy guides, stock analysis pages, articles, earnings calendar data, and educational materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. 4. Calculator Accuracy Disclaimer

Our calculators use theoretical pricing models, including the Black-Scholes European option pricing model, to generate estimates of option values, yields, probabilities, and other metrics. These models make simplifying assumptions that do not hold perfectly in real markets.

Calculator results are theoretical estimates only. Actual trading results will differ, sometimes significantly. Factors that cause actual results to differ from calculator projections include but are not limited to:

• Bid-ask spreads: Calculators often use mid-price or last-trade data. You will typically sell at the bid and buy at the ask, resulting in less favorable execution prices.
• Slippage: Market orders or large orders may execute at prices worse than displayed.
• Commissions and fees: Broker commissions, exchange fees, and regulatory fees reduce your actual returns.
• Price gaps: Stocks can gap significantly between sessions due to earnings, news, or market events. Calculators do not model discontinuous price movements.
• Liquidity: Options with low open interest may be difficult to trade at theoretical prices.
• Dividends and early assignment: American-style options can be exercised early, particularly around ex-dividend dates. The Black-Scholes model does not fully account for this.
• Volatility changes: Implied volatility changes constantly. Calculator estimates based on current IV may not reflect conditions at the time you trade.

• Tradier — real-time and delayed stock quotes, options chain data, Greeks
• Finnhub — earnings calendar data, company fundamentals

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Real-time data depends on the availability and performance of our data providers' APIs, which may experience outages or delays.

Third-party data providers are not affiliated with WheelYield.com and bear no responsibility for the content, calculations, or conclusions presented on this Site. You should always verify data with your broker before making trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. WheelYield.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WheelYield.com, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, and regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Tennessee. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Tennessee, United States, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Options Risk Disclosure, Affiliate Disclosure, and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and WheelYield.com regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
